SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
When we receive your payment, your purchase will be submitted for order processing and shipping. In case of non-availability or partial availability of the purchased products you will be notified by telephone or e-mail. In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information. Products are usually dispatched on the next day following receipt of your payment.
The prices of the products displayed are the net retail prices. At checkout, the system will calculate the shipping charges (if applicable) based on your purchase and the destination country you included during the registration process. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you check the condition of the packaging/box the moment you receive it and make sure that it has not been tampered with. Damage claims must be made the same day of the package arrival. Please inform the Shipping company immediately to open a claims file.
Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you want your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. Please note that although the weights of the products are clearly displayed in the descriptions, shipping is calculated based on the volumetric weight of the product (packaging included).
After receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail including your completed Sales Order. To ensure a swift and safe delivery, the freight company will require a signature as proof of delivery. As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking number for your order.
Shipping times will vary. EILAANE LTD cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction.
After delivery to the shipping address indicated on your order, EILAANE LTD cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
The following Shipping carriers are used:
- USPS Priority
All orders are accompanied by a tracking number that is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information when your order ships.
Before you accept your delivery, please make sure there are no external defects on the parcel. If so, please refuse the delivery. After accepting delivery, open your parcel immediately. In case you notice any fault or damage on a product, please take photos of the item and contact our customer service as soon as possible. In case one or more articles are missing, please contact our customer service immediately, as we must ask the carrier to start an investigation on the shipment. Please keep the parcel in a safe place, because this must be picked up and examined by the carrier for the investigation. If the carrier is not able to pick up and investigate the parcel, the case cannot be processed.
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receipt in the original condition as received.
Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging.
