SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING
When we receive your payment, your purchase will be submitted for order processing and shipping.Products are usually dispatched on the next day following receipt of your payment.After receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail including your completed Sales Order. As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you the tracking number for your order. 

It is a condition of placing an order with EILAANE LTD that the person placing the order accepts full responsibility for:

  • Ensuring that the importation of the goods into the country to which they have ordered delivery does not contravene any form of trade restriction or embargo – either national or international.  
  • Paying any duty (customs or otherwise), taxes or administration charges raised in the destination country and for complying with any administrative requirements that may arise from the importation of the goods they have ordered.   

RETURNS

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you check the condition of the packaging/box the moment you receive it and make sure that it has not been tampered with. Damage claims must be made the same day of the package arrival. Please inform the Shipping company immediately to open a claims file. 

In case one or more articles are missing, please contact our customer service immediately, as we must ask the carrier to start an investigation on the shipment. Please keep the parcel in a safe place, because this must be picked up and examined by the carrier for the investigation. If the carrier is not able to pick up and investigate the parcel, the case cannot be processed.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receipt in the original condition as received.
